Welcome to Zeppi! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeppi mobile application ("App") and related services. By using Zeppi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Zeppi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zeppi is a personal organization app that helps you save, organize, and act on content from social media and the web. Our AI-powered assistant helps you discover and use your saved content more effectively.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Zeppi, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Zeppi offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features:
- Weekly Subscription: $3.99/week, auto-renews weekly
- Monthly Subscription: $7.99/month, auto-renews monthly
- Lifetime Access: $79.99 one-time purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you save to Zeppi. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use any content you add to Zeppi.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
7. Intellectual Property
The Zeppi app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zeppi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zeppi.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Zeppi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zeppi at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
